Day 30: 30 Days of Christmas 2012

Wow! It’s already Day 30! Can you believe it? The winner of yesterday’s grab bag of books is Gabrielle. Congratulations!

Today may be Day 30 of the 30 Days of Christmas Giveaway but I do have a whopping big New Year’s Eve giveaway tomorrow to complete the season of giving. Now, here’s what I have for you today…Five authors with diverse books that will take you away from all your daily stress! No book from me today though. My last book will be added to the NYE kitty. However, I do believe that Jamie Leigh Hanson, Elle Aycart, Isabo Kelly and Chanta Rand will make sure you’re busy reading and won’t miss me! LOL Oh, and Jamie Leigh Hanson is giving away two copies EACH of her books so we’ll have two winners of her books.

Jamie Leigh Hanson – The Murder King’s Woman, The Murder King’s Summons

With THE MURDER KING’S WOMAN, paranormal romance author Jamie Leigh Hansen brings you an exciting new series of short stories featuring Mary, the only human ever saved and raised by the Murder, vampires and werewolves who work together to police the rogues of their world. But now, the Murder King, Sebastian, who once saved Mary, needs her to save him…

Paranormal romance author Jamie Leigh Hansen brings you an exciting new story of Mary. After rescuing her vampire lover, the King of the Murder, Sebastian, Mary must now prove her worth as his mate. But, when her past clashes with her future and lives are at stake – literally – a woman does what she must. Will their love survive her sacrifice?

Elle Aycart -More Than Meets the Ink

Wickedly sexy James Bowen is a bad boy of the highest order — tattoos and attitude included — which unfortunately ranks way up on Tate’s not-a-chance-in-hell list, right there along with skydiving naked over Teheran and juggling Ebola vials just for kicks. But what the heck, she’s on holiday, the guy is absolutely irresistible, and she needs to unplug from her life. With her dad and brother gone, Tate is left to deal with the family restaurant, which is fast going down the drain. Her employees are acting out, her boyfriend has bailed out, and her very own private stalker is emailing her to death with lovely threats of doom, fire, and dismemberment. So yeah, maybe a little holiday fling is in order. Strictly sex though, and no follow-up whatsoever once home.

She hadn’t counted on her take-charge holiday fling having an opinion of his own and stubbornly sticking around, before and after the sex, making himself at home in her life. There is definitely more to James than meets her prejudiced eye, and even if she’s not ready to look deeper, James isn’t prepared to permit her not to.

Isabo Kelly -Brightarrow Burning, Interface

War tore them apart. Betrayal could bring them together…

Layla Brightarrow’s world fell apart the day the Sorcerers invaded her city, intent on using her fellow humans’ pain to augment their spells. Worse, the neighboring elven kingdom declared neutrality, effectively abandoning her people to struggle for survival.

Then some of the elves break neutrality to trade with the Sorcerers, and Layla is ordered to assassinate Althir, brother of the elf lord she has secretly loved all her life.

When Ulric of Glengowyn uncovers his brother’s plot—and that Layla is one of the assassins sent to stop him—his first instinct is to protect her from all possible harm. He’ll even use seduction, if necessary, to get her into a position to talk some sense into her.

Years of pent-up desire is too much for Layla to resist…and one touch unleashes an unquenchable fire that changes everything. Leaving Layla caught between duty and a love that could be her destruction. Or her salvation.

Product Warnings

This book contains evil sorcerers, a scarred heroine, a sexy elf hero, naughty language, and an intoxicating and addicting pheromone that leads to wildly hot sex. Plus traitors, deadly magic, bespelled baddies, and a really, really rotten brother.

When unexpected side-effects in Gina Xanacovich’s nanotech research leads to murder and death threats, her father hires private mercenaries to protect her. But Johan “Alex” Alexander proves to be just as dangerous to her peace of mind as the threats against her life. Worse, his seductive voice and irritatingly calm presence keep Gina on edge, making her want more from him than just being her bodyguard.

Giving into their growing attraction, Gina finds it hard to focus beyond her obsession with the sexy mercenary. She knows if she can’t reign in her desire, she won’t live long enough to discover those responsible for the murders and threats. Nor will she discover how far things can go with Alex.

Chanta Rand – Bro-mance 101

Zhané Williams has just been dumped by her boyfriend of six months. When she learns that he broke up with her on the advice of Devlin Hart, a popular radio show host who counsels men through his program, Bro-mance 101, she’s fit to be tied. She drives to the radio station determined to confront Devlin and give him a tongue-lashing he won’t forget.

Devlin Hart uses his radio show as a platform to help men overcome the disasters of relationships. He considers himself an expert in all matters related to the heart–his was crushed a few years ago. As a result, he considers most women to be deceitful and manipulative. When he’s confronted in an elevator by Zhané, her attitude only adds fuel to his argument.

A freak thunderstorm knocks out the electricity, leaving the two of them trapped together in the elevator for hours. With nowhere for their pent-up passions to escape, their encounter promises to be explosive–in more ways than one.

Isn’t that a great line up? For a chance to win these books, comment on this post by midnight Pacific time. Tomorrow, I’ll pick a winner and post the Great New Year’s Eve MM Giveaway so make sure you come back!

Happy Holidays!
